Relay for Life is underway at Coffee County Fairgrounds

The Coffee County Relay For Life, sponsored by The American Cancer Society, is underway at the Coffee County Fairgrounds.

According to organizers, 33 survivors are in attendance at the relay and seven large teams are there to raise money throughout the night to be donated to cancer research. The event began with a survivor’s lap shortly after 6 p.m. Friday and will end at 6 a.m. Saturday with someone walking around the event track all through the night.
