AARP Volunteer Tax Service will be assisting low income and senior citizens complete their tax returns from Jan.31 to April 13 inManchester. Assistance will be by appointment from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Mondays at theCoffeeCounty SeniorCitizenCenter,603 Woodbury Highway. Walk-ins will be helped 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Wednesdays at theAdaWrightCenter. Call 723-8288 for appointments. Volunteers with and without tax experience are needed.

Take Charge of Your Diabetes, a six-week course, will begin Tuesday and continue each week in November from 5 to 7 p.m. at CD Stamps in Tullahoma.
The course is a fun, skill-building program designed for persons with diabetes. It is designed to help individuals take day-to-day responsibility for the care of their chronic condition.Call 723-5141 or 461-1080 to register. The new Manchester Photography Club will meet at 5:30 p.m. the first Monday night of each month, starting in November at area restaurants. Noah Head Start has immediate openings for the Head Start program. Verification of income and proof of child’s birth is needed to apply.
