Manchester man jailed for allegedly raping 12-year-old

A Manchester man is being held in the Coffee County Jail after being indicted for rape of a child.

Alvin Alonzon Wilson, 21, Stump Street, Manchester, was arrested for allegedly having sex with a 12-year-old girl.
Wilson was indicted by the March term of the Coffee County grand jury for have sexual relations with the 12-year-old girl in August 2012.
According to Coffee County Sheriff’s Investigator Jason Dendy, after the alleged incident Wilson left the area. He was recently located in Berkley, Mo. Police there questioned him and determined that he was wanted in Coffee County on the rape charges. Wilson was arrested and then transported to Manchester and booked into the Coffee County Jail on the charges.
Wilson is being held in the Coffee County Jail under a bond of $50,000.
