Authorities searching for missing Manchester teen

Coffee County authorities are asking anyone with information pertaining to the whereabouts of Al’Keiah Yazmun Martin, 15, to contact the Coffee County Sheriff’s Department at 931-728-3591.

Tullahoma Highway to go on a jog, according to a report with the Coffee County Sheriff’s Department. According to the report, once Martin did not return, one of her friends told Martin’s mother, Laurie Taylor, that Martin had been “meeting boys on Facebook.” The friend also told Taylor that Martin had asked which exit someone should get off of if they were traveling from the Nashville area to pick her up, according to the report.

The report also states that the friend told Taylor that Martin had “met some older guy” who wanted to meet with her and that she had been talking to “two or three” different guys each week.

Authorities believe Martin is either in the Coffee County or Davidson County area. She is classified as a runaway, according to the police report.

Martin was an eighth grader at Coffee County Middle School last year.
