CHS boys, girls both fall short in Lincoln Co.

Lady Raider Alaina Lusk led all scorers Thursday night with 16 points, including 14 in the second half.

Both Coffee County Central High School basketball teams fell short against Lincoln County Thursday night in Fayetteville.

The Lady Raiders were down 26-13 at the half but battled back to within a few during the second half before finally losing 54-46. Top scorers for the girls were Alaina Lusk with 16 and Ginny Clayborne with 11.

The Raiders were tied 17-17 at halftime but fell further behind the second half. The final score was 51-39. Junior guard Lucas Crismond led all scorers with 18.
