CHS wins both games against Shelbyville

When Shelbyville came to Coffee County Tuesday night, it had been nearly 10 years since the Red Raider boys had beaten the Eagles, but by the end of the evening, both home teams were victorious.

The Lady Raiders defeated Shelbyville 32-24 to bring their season record to 3-2. The men defeated the Eagles 67-53. Top scorers for Coffee County were Ginny Clayborne and Alaina Lusk for the girls, each with 10 points, and Lance Crismond for the boys with 23.

Coffee County’s next games are Thursday at 6 p.m. in Lincoln County.
