Come join us every Wednesday (excluding holidays and bad weather) for a home cooked meal, friends, food and fellowship. $6.00 per adult and $4.00 for children under 12. Reservations need to made by noon the Monday before, cancellation of reservations must be made by noon Monday also.

Dye-Shelton reunion @ New Union Volunteer Fire Department

The annual Dye-Shelton reunion will be held Oct. 2 at the New Union Fire Hall, on the Woodbury Highway. Lunch will be at 12:30 p.m. Organizers ask that those planning to attend bring a covered dish. For more information, call 723-4639.

Tennessee Ornithological Society meeting

Tennessee Ornithological Society:  Highland Rim Chapter to meet Tuesday, October 4 at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tullahoma (on Hwy 55 across from CFC Recycling).  The business meeting will start at 6 pm with light refreshments at 6:30 and a talk at 7:00, “Owls of Tennessee,” by TWRA Non-game Biologist Polly Rooker.  Visitors are welcome.  For directions or carpool information contact club president Lisa Trail at 728-6045.
