Coffee County Central High School made quick work of Fairview Christian on Friday afternoon, blowing past the Lady Falcons 62-32 at the Whitwell Christmas Tournament.
The Lady Raiders locked up a spot in the championship game on Saturday, and will face the winner of the second semifinal game between Red Bank High School and the host team, Whitwell.
Defensively, Coffee County (12-1 overall) held Fairview to two first-quarter points on its way to taking a commanding 29-9 lead at halftime.
Every player that dressed scored at least once for the Lady Raiders, who were led by freshman Bella Vinson’s 22 points.
Sandy McElhaney scored a team-high 17 points for Fairview.
