Three Lady Raiders also competed both as a team and individuals. Hollee Sadler, Savannah Quick and Megan Kriz finished sixth as a team with a Wednesday score of 160 and two-day total of 336. On Wednesday each of the Lady Raiders improved at least five strokes over her Tuesday’s performance. Sadler finished 19th individually with a 166.

Wednesday’s results

Matt Johnson: +5 (two-day final). Teeing off on the back nine at 10:30 a.m., Johnson parred hole 10 but double-bogeyed the par-3 11th to slip even par overall. He shot a 5 for par on 12th. Johnson bogeyed hole 13 to put him at two over for the day and even par for the tournament. Johnson parred 14. He saved par on 15 with a 20-foot putt. Johnson birdied 16 but triple-bogeyed 18 after hitting his approach shot out of bounds to make him six over for the round. He is seven behind the leader (Trenkler). Johnson finished the day by shooting a 37 on the front nine.

Hollee Sadler: +8 (Wednesday final).  Sadler started strong Tuesday morning by shooting par on each of her first three holes. On her second three she bogeyed the par-4 fourth hole and went on to shoot even par on 5 and 6. Sadler bogeyed number 7 and parred the next two to finish her first nine with a 38. She opened the back nine with three straight bogeys on 10-12. A double-bogey on 14 brought her to +7 so far for the day. On her final 3 Sadler bogeyed 16 and then parred out to finish with an 80 for the day.

Savannah Quick: +8 (Wednesday final). Quick parred one and three but bogeyed the par-5 second hole to begin play on Wednesday. Tuesday’s results

Megan Kriz +21 (93) – Kriz shot a 10-over 46 on the front nine at WillowBrook Tuesday morning.
