For a time, CASA Board Member Linda Rollins has donated the office of her late husband, Judge John Rollins, located at 224 W. Fort St. in Manchester to the CASA program. Several businesses and volunteers in the community also gave time, money and equipment to help the nonprofit organization get started. On behalf of CASA, Lynne Farrar, executive director, and Ray Knowis, board chairperson, presented certificates of appreciation during the ribbon cutting on Aug. 25.
CASA Works, Inc. opens doors downtown

CASA Works, Inc. opened the doors to their new location in Manchester last week and also took the opportunity to thank the many local people and businesses that donated time, services and tools to help them serve children of Coffee and Bedford counties.

"This would not be possible without you," said CASA Board Chairperson Ray Knowis to the crowd that gathered during the open house.

Linda Rollins, who is also the CASA secretary, donated her late husband’s, Judge John Rollins, office to the nonprofit organization rent-free for a time. They are located at 224 W. Fort St.
