The Manchester Downtown Movement has announced that the Downtown Stroll will be held tonight, Dec. 14 on the square.
Because of the inclement weather, carriage rides have been postponed to announced at a later time.
Indoor events will still held.
•Black Iris Arts will be offering a discount.
•Coffee Cafe will have free pictures with Rudolph and Frosty from 5:30-6:30, dinner and drink specials, and raffling Christmas gifts to patrons.
•Everscape Comics and Games will offer a sale.
•Harvest Local Foods will feature live music and local beer on tap and Cousin Eddie will make an appearance.
•High Cotton is offering 20 percent off clothing prices.
•Jehovah Java is open and serving hot chocolate and coffee drinks.
•Manchester Arts Center is offering $2 off admission to "A Christmas Carol" this evening with a receipt from a downtown business.
•Mid-TN Vapor Shop will have a gingerbread boy, reindeer, elf and Ralphie in his bunny suit outside.
•Painter Properties is hosting Santa Claus starting at 6:30 p.m. in the building beside The Mercantile (formerly Larry Banks photography)
•Serene Day Spa will be offering tours.
•Sprout Children’s Shop will host the Grinch and offering 40 percent off Christmas clothing and ornaments and 15 percent off all other clothing in the store.
•The Mercantile Cafe will be open for dinner.
