Local physician Dr. Jay Trussler asked for prayer on social media for one of his patients in serious condition resulting from the virus.
"Prayer request for the only patient to date that I have personally diagnosed with COVID19. His health situation has worsened and he is now on a ventilator in the ICU at STMC in Winchester. I just spoke with his wife and she asked me to ask as many people as I could to pray for him right now and she also asked me to post it here," he wrote.
"While praying for this man and his wife please ask God for continued blessings, safety, and health over the brave nurses and doctors in the Winchester Hospital (and everywhere) who are caring for not only this great man but all those fighting this virus. Thank you to all you prayer warriors."
