ORDER FOR PUBLICATION

It appearing to the Court from the allegations of the Petition For Temporary Custody and Dependency and Neglect Adjudication in this cause seeking to transfer custody of the above-named child to the Department of Children's Services and to find the child dependent and neglected, a copy of which Petition may be obtained at the office of the Juvenile Court for Carter County at Elizabethton, Tennessee, 900 East Elk Avenue, Suite 906, Elizabethton, TN 37643, and the affidavit of diligent search filed with the Court, that the whereabouts of Matthew Steven Adcock are unknown and that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon him, that the Department of Children's Services has exercised due diligence in attempting to obtain personal service upon Matthew Steven Adcock; and it is, therefore, ordered that Respondent, Matthew Steven Adcock, be served by publication of the following notice for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Tullahoma News, a newspaper published and/or regularly circulated in Coffee County, Tennessee. It is further ORDERED that if the Respondent, Matthew Steven Adcock, does not enter an appearance or otherwise Answer the Petition, further personal service or service by further publication shall be dispensed with and service of any future notices, motions, orders or other legal documents in this matter may be made upon the Respondent, Matthew Steven Adcock, by filing same with the Juvenile Court Clerk of Carter County, at Elizabethton, Tennessee.

MATTHEW STEVEN ADCOCK

The State of Tennessee, Department of Children's Services has filed a Petition For Temporary Custody and Dependency and Neglect Adjudication, against you seeking to transfer custody of the above-reference child to the Department of Children's Services and to find the above-named child, M. A., a child born to Casey Adcock on October 1, 2013, to be a dependent and neglected child. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. You are hereby ORDERED to respond by appearing at a hearing scheduled for August 30, 2018 at 1:00pm in the Carter County Juvenile Court, 900 East Elk Avenue, Elizabethton, TN 37643. You may view and obtain a copy of the Petition and any other subsequently filed legal documents at the Carter County Juvenile Court Clerk's Office at 900 East Elk Avenue, Suite 906, Elizabethton, TN 37643. This notice will be published for four consecutive weeks. If you do not appear at the hearing scheduled for the date and time listed above in this Notice, then that hearing will proceed without further notice to you in the Juvenile Court of Carter County at Elizabethton, Tennessee, 900 East Elk Avenue, Elizabethton, TN 37643 and a Judgment will be taken against you at that hearing.
