Sale at public auction will be on September 4, 2018 on or about 1:00PM local time, at the Grundy County Courthouse, Altamont, Tennessee, conducted by the Substitute Trustee as identified and set forth herein below, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by LEE ROY NUNLEY AND RITA A. NUNLEY, to Sam Stansbury, Trustee, on September 22, 1997, at Record Book 60A, Page 509 in the real property records of Grundy County Register's Office, Tennessee.

Owner of Debt: THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-CB4

In the Fifth Civil District: Starting at an iron pin in the Southeast corner of Ben Hampton and in the northeastern boundary of Highway 56 Road right-of-way; thence with said road right-of-way boundary South 56 degrees 50 minutes East 394.0 feet to an iron pin, the POINT OF BEGINNING: thence continuing with the northeastern boundary of said road right-of-way South 56 degrees 50 minutes East 130.0 feet to an iron pin; thence leaving said road right-of-way North 30 degrees 45 minutes East 218.26 feet to an iron pin; thence North 59 degrees 27 minutes West 73.50 feet to a point; thence North 58 degrees 27 minutes West 51.91 feet to an iron pin; thence South 32 degrees 00 minutes West 213.37 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.63 acre, more or less.

Being the same property conveyed to Lee Roy Nunley and wife, Rita A. Nunley by deed from United States of America, dated September 11, 1984, recorded October 26, 1984, Register Office for Grundy County, Tennessee.

If the U.S. Department of Treasury/IRS, the State of Tennessee Department of Revenue, or the State of Tennessee Department of Labor or Workforce Development are listed as Interested Parties in the advertisement, then the Notice of this foreclosure is being given to them and the Sale will be subject to the applicable governmental entities' right to redeem the property as required by 26 U.S.C. 7425 and T.C.A. 67-1-1433.

This property is being sold with the express reservation that the sale is subject to confirmation by the lender or trustee. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the purchase price. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
