Defendant formerly a resident of Grundy County, Tennessee, but now residing outside the State of Tennessee or whose where abouts are unknown, Defendant No. 6644 in the Chancery Court of Grundy County, Tennessee.

In this cause it appears from the complaint which is sworn to that the defendant,

WALTER H. GRISWOLD, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS ATTORNEY- IN-FACT FOR ELOISE GRISWOLD GANN AND BYRON E. GRISWOLD AND JAMES M. WOODLEE, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS ATTORNEY-IN-FACT FOR LAVERNE D. WOODLEE AND WALTA MAI SCHREIBER, is a non-resident of the State of Tennessee, so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon WALTER H. GRISWOLD, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS ATTORNEY- IN-FACT FOR ELOISE GRISWOLD GANN AND BYRON E. GRISWOLD AND JAMES M. WOODLEE, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS ATTORNEY-IN-FACT FOR LAVERNE D. WOODLEE AND WALTA MAI SCHREIBER. .

It is, therefore, ORDERED that this notice be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Grundy County Herald, a newspaper published in Tracy City, Tennessee, requiring the said defendant, WALTER H. GRISWOLD, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS

ATTORNEY- IN-FACT FOR ELOISE GRISWOLD GANN AND BYRON E. GRISWOLD AND JAMES M. WOODLEE, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS ATTORNEY- IN-FACT FOR LAVERNE D. WOODLEE AND WALTA MAI SCHREIBER,

to serve his answer upon Plaintiff's attorney, Gregory M. O'Neal, 2 S. Jefferson St., P.O. Box 555, Winchester, TN 37398 within thirty (30) days after March 21, 2019.
