NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE`S FORECLOSURE SALE

WHEREAS, Anita Askins Miller executed a Deed of Trust to A Colvin, Trustee for the benefit of CitiFinancial Services, Inc., on October 28, 2008 and recorded on November 3, 2008 in Book TD618, Page 736, Instrument No. 08005759 in the Office of the Register of Lincoln County, Tennessee.

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, Quimby Ventures, LLC (the "Holder"), appointed the undersigned, McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC, as Substitute Trustee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust by the Holder, and that as agent for the undersigned, McMichael Taylor Gray LLC, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the power and authority vested in it, will on July 15, 2021, at 11:00 AM at 112 Main Avenue South Fayetteville, TN 37334 at the Lincoln County Courthouse, Tennessee, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lincoln County, TN:

The following described tract or parcel of land, lying and situated in the 8th Civil District of Lincoln County, Tennessee, being bounded and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a stake at the south edge of the right-of-way of McDonald Street, this being the northeast corner of the lot herein conveyed and said point being in the west boundary line of the lands of Smith 150 feet to a stake in the north boundary line of the lands of Dickey; running thence west with the north boundary line of the lands of Dickey 39 feet to a stake in the east boundary line of the lands of Dickey 150 feet to a stake at the south edge of the right-of-way of said McDonald Street; running thence east with the south edge of the right-of-way of McDonald Street 39 feet to the place of beginning, and being the eastern 39 feet of a certain lot or parcel of land conveyed unto W.C. Gotcher by deed of Harry Bryson and wife, Ina Bryson, dated the 11th day of December 1953, which deed is to be found of record in the Register's Office of Lincoln County, Tennessee, in Deed Book "S-6", page 86, to which deed reference is here had for particulars. Being the same fee simple property conveyed by deed from Claudia Askins single and Brenda Askins McWilliams wife and Clarence McWilliams, et al husband to Anita Askins Miller, dated 07/21/2008 and recorded on 07/31/2008 in Book 114, Page 156 in Lincoln County records, State of TN.
