WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated February 28, 2013, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded March 4, 2013, in Book No. T875, at Page 891, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Coffee County, Tennessee, executed by Rochel V Dixon, conveying certain property therein described to Access Title & Escrow as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Mortgage Connections, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A..

The property herein is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin located in the westerly margin of First Avenue, N 06-28-25 W 105 feet from the northwesterly corner of the intersection of Central Avenue and First Avenue; thence continuing along the westerly margin of First Avenue, N 06-28-25 W 95 feet to an iron pin; thence S 83-30-00 W 125 feet to an iron pin; thence S 06-28-25 W 95 feet to an iron pin; thence N 83-30-00 E 125 feet to an iron pin in the westerly margin of First Avenue, the same being the point of beginning.
