WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated August 17, 2017, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded August 18, 2017, in Book No. 993, at Page 30, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Coffee County, Tennessee, executed by Lommie Annette Hindsley, conveying certain property therein described to Charles E. Tonkin, II as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Investors Group, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by PennyMac Loan Services, LLC.

Lying and being in the City of Tullahoma and beginning at the northeast corner of the intersection of Walker Drive and Oakwood Road; thence North 0 degrees 52 minutes east, along the easterly margin of Walker Drive, 132.8 feet to an iron pin; thence South 88 degrees 22 minutes east 65.0 feet to an iron pin; thence South 0 degrees 52 minutes West, 131.76 feet to an iron pin in the Northerly margin of Oakwood Road; thence North 89 degrees 15 minutes West along the northerly margin of Oakwood Road, 65.0 feet to Walker Drive, the place of beginning and being Lot Number Eighty-Two (82) of Northside Village Subdivision Number 2 of Tullahoma, Tennessee, according to a map or plat thereof recorded in Trust Deed Book 78, Page 77, Register's Office, Coffee County, Tennessee.

This sale is subject to all matters shown on any applicable recorded plat; any unpaid taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements, or setback lines that may be applicable; any statutory rights of redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; and to any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose.
