Sale at public auction will be on March 7, 2019, at or about 10:00 AM, local time, at north door of the Coffee County Justice Center, 300 Hillsboro Blvd, Manchester, TN 37355, pursuant to the Deed of Trust executed by Frances D. Lane and husband, Harold Lane, to Lawrence Vogan, atty, as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Accredited Home Lenders, Inc. dated January 27, 2006, and recorded in Book T675, Page 212, in the Register's Office for Coffee County, Tennessee ("Deed of Trust"), conducted by Padgett Law Group, having been appointed Substitute Trustee, all of record in the Coffee County Register's Office. Default in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of said Deed of Trust has been made; and the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable.
