red carpet

In the back row are Laurie Burger, Rachel Dye, Bradley Gerard, Payton Campbell, Jean Frantz and Katy Majors.

Singin’ in the Rain, everyone’s favorite movie musical, comes to the stage at the Manchester Arts Center October 26 through November 4. It’s 1927, and Hollywood is moving from silent to talkies. Can Don and Lina make the change? Will Kathy be a star? Will Cosmo hurt himself dancing?

This Millennium Rep production features dazzling tap dancing, lots of laughs, and classic songs like “Make ‘em Laugh”, “Good Mornin’” and the title number. Among a cast of over 30 are Jared Fibelkorn as Don Lockwood, Landon Spangler as Cosmo Brown, Kaitlyn Rogers as Lina Lamont, Amanda N.J. Wright as Kathy Selden, and Frank Wonder as R.F. Simpson.

Showtimes are Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 2:00 pm, at the MAC, 128 E. Main St. Tickets are $15 for adults and $13 for students, seniors, and military, and are available at millenniumrep.org or by calling 931-570-4489.
