Female A.F. (Appropriate Fitness) Strategies

Ladies, imagine waking in the morning to a perfectly balanced meal (prepared by someone else). Now imagine going to the gym to do an already planned perfectly balanced to your specific needs workout (prepared by someone else)?  It would require no planning, and no discipline from you, other than showing up.  Now wake up.  That world does not exist for most of us.  The truth is that women face plenty of reasons to NOT eat healthy or workout efficiently. 

In the decade that I have worked in the wellness industry, not much has changed for women as far as where we feel comfortable.  It has always been a concern when I see women trudging along on a treadmill for hours at a time. A few brave ones might venture over to the pin loaded machines, if the gym is empty.  Even more rare are the confident and informed ladies who venture into the free weight/functional fitness area.
