Aedc Woman's Club

On Thursday, Feb. 6, the ladies of the AEDC Woman’s Club will host members from the Elephant Sanctuary in Hohenwald, Tenn. 

Volunteer Rosanne Sietins with the sanctuary, will discuss the elephants she cares for at the sanctuary, and the differences between African Savannah Elephants and Asian Elephants. 

The sanctuary was founded in 1995 and provides the elephants the opportunity to live out their lives in a safe haven dedicated to their well-being.  Table donations will go Motlow Ladies Philanthropic Society. 

The January 8 meeting included Crimson Rose Sugg who spoke about her life as an independent filmmaker. Sugg has directed several short films, and how her independent production company is growing. She provided great entertainment with truth and goodness.  Table donations went to Haven of Hope of Manchester. 

Visitors to AEDC Woman’s Club are welcome at the Arnold Lakeside Club. No military connections or be involvment with the base is needed.  For information about the AEDC Woman’s Club, please contact Anne Rinderer, membership chairman, at 248-872-7923.
