LaDonna McFall reflects on first year as director of Coffee County Schools

Between building a middle school and implementing her personal goals and standards, Dr. LaDonna Mcfall didn’t have much time to ease into the position of Coffee County Director of Schools when she was hired one year ago.

Her schedule won’t ease up anytime soon, either, with the opening of the new middle school on the horizon and new school safety measures being put into place. But for McFall , it’s all just part of the job. “I knew pretty much what to expect based on my experiences in the past,” McFall said in a recent interview with the Times. “It’s been a great experience.
