1810 Title and Escrow

1810 Title and Escrow had their ribbon cutting on Wednesday, May 8, hosted by the Manchester Chamber of Commerce. 

A title and escrow service recently opened its doors in Manchester.

1810 Title and Escrow helps clients “say yes to the address” by offering a full range of title services and working closely with area lenders and realtors. Located at 2012 McArthur St., the officer has two escrow officers, Macy Edwards and Rachel Brown and five attorneys, J. Holton Conger, Jacob Alsup, Chris Cantrell, Deanna Johnson and Ryan Moore.

“We’re just really glad to be here,” said Edwards. She explained they’ve worked in Manchester previously and decided it was time to open a brick-and-mortar office. Their doors officially opened on Monday, March 18.

The company offers turnkey real estate closings, title insurance and legal counsel, offering mobile closings throughout Middle Tennessee.

The Manchester Chamber of Commerce hosted their ribbon cutting on Wednesday, May 8. During it, Edwards thanked everyone for making them feel welcome in the community.
