Coffee County has a total of 507 confirmed COVID-19 cases, as of Aug. 7, according to the department of health. Active cases are 285, and 219 people have recovered. Three deaths have been reported.
The active cases are 0.5% of the Coffee County population. The schools have announced they will change their schedule if active cases reach 0.5%.
The total COVID-19 case count for Tennessee is now 118,782 as of Aug. 7, 2020 including 1,206 deaths, 5,190 hospitalizations and 79,357 recovered.
