COVID-19 cases for July

Data from the State Data Center shows Coffee County has a significantly higher active case count than Moore and Franklin counties.  

Coffee County has a total of 309 confirmed COVID-19 cases, as of July 27, according to the department of health. The number of active cases is 161, and 148 people have recovered.

The number of active cases has seen a steep upsurge, increasing from 121 to 148 for July 26 and up from 261 confirmed COVID-19 cases, as of July 25.  The number of active cases was 121, and 140 people had recovered, as of July 25.

The total COVID-19 case count for Tennessee is now 96,489 as of July 27 including 978 deaths, 4,280 hospitalizations and 57,239 recovered. For additional data, go to www.tn.gov/health/cedep/ncov.html.
