Mike Rowland, CEO of First Vision Bank of Tennessee is proud to announce the addition of Dan Walker as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager in the Franklin County Office.
Walker is a graduate of Lipscomb University and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Before moving to Franklin County, Walker had a successful 30+ year career in property and casualty insurance serving in various senior leadership roles in underwriting, claims, and insurance operations. Walker and his family came to Franklin County as part time residents in 2008 and made Winchester their full-time home in 2016. It was then he began his banking career as Community Banker at American City Bank. Most recently, Walker was a Relationship Manager at FirstBank in Manchester, Tennessee.
Walker said, “We have grown to love Franklin County and the people here and consider this home. I am thrilled to join First Vision and look forward to working in Franklin County to grow a great community bank.”
Walker and his wife Pam have been married for 32 years and attend Winchester Church of Christ. They have two children, Kate Mason, husband Josh and son Si who live in Nashville. Their son, Burton lives in Montgomery, AL. Walker is a member of the Presidents Council at Freed Hardeman University and has been involved in Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee and the Manchester Chamber.
