Homicide suspect James Rick McCoy will be in court on Friday, April 26 at 9 a.m. for a bond hearing. This is the only case on the docket for 9 a.m.
A bond hearing is where the defendant asks the court to be released from police custody until the outcome of the trial.
McCoy, 54, is charged with the charged with first degree murder. He allegedly killed his wife Lisa in their Duck River Home during the early morning of Sunday, Sept. 9.
He is being represented by Bobby Carter and Doug Aaron out of Tullahoma.
McCoy is currently being held without bond.
