Updated to include name of the suspect: 

Coffee County Sheriff Department has one suspect in custody following a pursuit that ended in a crash Tuesday, Sept. 10 in the area of Ramsey Road. 

According to scanner traffic from the scene, a deputy began pursuit of the subject and observed him tossing what was believed to be drugs from his vehicle. 

The officer involved placed the subject (currently not named by police) under arrest following a reported non-injury accident.   

According to the Sheriff Department, Daniel Rainey, born in 1984, was arrested at the scene. Charges were evading arrest, reckless endangerment, driving on a revoked license, manufacturing, sale, delivery of Methamphetamines and tampering with evidence. He is in jail on a $30,000 bond. Court is set for Oct. 7.
