Jill Guidicy has been charged with two counts of assault, disorderly conduct, driving under the influence, and violation of the implied consent law. The assault charges stem from Guidicy physically attacking hospital staff. The disorderly conduct charge stems from a call for a disturbance made by London’s Sports Bar because of Guidicy’s behavior.
Guidicy was booked in jail Jan. 24, according to Coffee County Sheriff’s Department Chief Deputy Frank Watkins.
She was held in Coffee County Jail on a $6,000 bond.
Tullahoma Police Department responded to a call for a disturbance at London’s Sports Bar Friday night.
Guidicy attempted to leave London’s in her vehicle, but when officers talked with her, they noticed the odor of alcohol and advised her not to drive. Officers conducted field sobriety tasks, during which she performed poorly, according to the warrants.
Guidicy was then taken to Unity Medical Center in Manchester for a blood test. At the hospital, she became “agitated and combative, and she struck some of the hospital staff,” according to Watkins.
She was then arrested and taken to jail, said Watkins.
Guidicy serves as chief legal officer for Ascend, according to the website of Ascend Federal Credit Union. Guidicy oversees Ascend’s Legal and Fraud and Security Departments.
She is responsible for all legal affairs and serves as a member of Ascend’s senior management team.
