Renita Joyce has been part of Mid-State Communications’ team for 20 years.
“Renita began working part time for Mid-State Communications in 2000, as a supplement to her job with Coffee County,” according to Heath Waters, Mid-State Communications director of Business Development.
“She worked weekends and was a great help to everyone. Several years later Renita decided to leave her job with the county and work for Mid-State full time as a remote agent.”
Waters praised Joyce for her dedication.
“She has always achieved the highest standard of customer service,” Waters said. “Renita works long hours on third shift, and never sounds anything other than happy to help. Renita’s positivity is also evident in her personal life as she is a very active grandmother to a sweet little girl and an extraordinary mother to her two grown daughters. Renita is a wonderful friend, colleague, parent and all around good person. She is a true asset to our company, it will always be a pleasure to work with Renita.”
Mid-State Communications is a family owned and operated answering service that provides 24/7/365 service to clients, according to Waters said.
“We answer the phones when our clients cannot.”
The company serves several local organizations.
