Tomorrow (Wednesday), locals will observe Patriot Day, a day of remembrance for the victims of the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.
The ceremony is set for 7 p.m., Sept. 11, at the Coffee County Middle School.
Several first responders will be honored during the ceremony.
The event is free and open to the public.
The ceremony will be held at the auditorium of Coffee County Middle School, located at 3063 Woodbury Hwy., Manchester.
Patriot Day honors the memory of the nearly 3,000 people killed in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attack.
Each year, in the United States the day is dedicated to remembering those who died as well as those who risked their own lives to save others.
