CHS boys' tennis poses with its district title Tuesday, May 7. The district champion Raiders had their season end Friday in a 4-0 loss to Central Magnet.

Central High School boys' tennis traveled to Murfreesboro Friday, May 10, to open Region Team Tournament action against Central Magnet. The Red Raiders were unable to pick up a win and had their season come to a close.

Needing four wins to advance, Central Magnet won all four singles matches to make doubles play unnecessary. Benedict Edinger was swept by Nathan Zou (0-6,0-6). Jaden Talley won two games to avoid a shutout to Ryan Harper (0-6, 2-6). Jonah Rollman was unable to pick up a win against Tom Smith (0-6, 0-6).
