Coffee County Middle School track and field traveled to Tullahoma High School Monday, May 13, for the Central Tennessee Conference Championship. The Lady Raiders took first place with 123 points, followed by the Red Raiders' second-place finish with 99 points. 

In girls' events, Sophie McInturff took first place in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:43.60. McInturff also got the top spot in the 1600-meter run with a 5:59.68 finish. Kinzie Givens finished first overall in the high jump with a height of 4' 6". In shot put, Holli Hancock earned the top throw with a length of 34' 3.75". Nikki Graham earned first place in discus with a toss for 73' 11.5". 

On the boys' side, Ashton Ferrell took the top spot in shot put with a toss for 37' 1".

Hancock, Kaitlyn Davis and Jalyn Case all punched their tickets to compete at the TMSAA state meet. Davis took second in the shot put with a toss of 30' 7.5".  Case finished fourth in the long jump with a length of 12' 8".
