Coffee County swimming wrapped up its season over the weekend and sent four swimmers from Central High School to the Tennessee Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association state meet in Nashville. CHS earned a pair top-15 finishes during the two-day meet at Centennial SportsPlex.
Jack Beachboard had a 13th-place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 59.44. Beachboard also swam in the 200-yard freestyle, finishing in 26th place.
In the girls' events, Kaylee Williams placed 13th in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:08.75. Williams also had a 44th-place finish in the 200-yard individual medley.
Anna O'Connor competed in the 100-yard butterfly, finishing in 72nd place with a time of 1:08.48.
Jase Rice also competed in a single event, finishing 42nd in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:13.02.
