Fouls and turnovers hurt Rockets at home

The Rockets had difficulty keeping up with Huntland's offense throughout the night. Mistakes also cost Westwood and gave the Hornets opportunities to score.

“Fouls and turnovers hurt us,” Coach Will Pannell said. “We will continue to work and improve our fundamentals to improve as the season goes on.”

Huntland opened up the game by going on a 20-2 run. The Hornets followed up with more strong offensive play to start the second half on the way to the rout.

Jayden Carter led the Rockets with 10 points on the night. Izick Sierra followed with six points. Konor Heaton added three points. Eli Felice, Brayden Dixon and Blake Hillis had two points each.
