The Red Raiders thoroughly dominated Maplewood on Oct. 9. The team scored a blistering 37 points against Maplewood during the matchup as quarterback Conner Shemwell picked apart the Maplewood secondary. Shemwell was comfortable moving in the pocket all night, allowing the junior to make athletic throws such as a jump pass to wide receiver Kelvin Verge for a touchdown.
Running back Konor Heaton had a field day against Maplewood, including a 48 yard touchdown run.
Cornerback CJ Anthony forced an interception and was involved in a forced safety towards the beginning of the game.
The Red Raiders face a real test next week when the undefeated Warren County Pioneers travel to Coffee County for the homecoming matchup.
