Ourada bound on murder charge
Aman has been bound to the grand jury on first-degree murder charges for the killing of a woman in late 2024.
The suspect, Robert Wayne Ourada, 40, of Manchester, will go before the Coffee County grand jury next month on the murder charge.
He is charged with the murder of his domestic partner, Dara Tindell. The warrant against him says that he did intentionally kill Tindell with premeditation by blunt force trauma, lacerations, and asphyxiation.
Along with the murder charge, Ourada was also bound on a charge of aggravated burglary for breaking into a residence on Swiss Drive. The victim in the case said she had no idea who Ourada was when he forced his way through her front door and then exclaimed “You have to protect me!”
The victim said she locked herself in the bathroom and called 911. When police arrived, he reportedly told them that he was being chased. He was taken into custody and later charged with both the murder and the break-in.
