Please better maintain the city parks

What has happened to the city parks? Dave King and Fred Deadman, they used to be so well maintained. The grass was mowed on a regular basis. Garbage containers were checked and emptied often. They were parks to be proud of. That changed early last year. Grass was not getting mowed. Trash containers were overflowing. So far this year is even worse. I’m not proud of our parks anymore. I don’t brag about them to anyone anymore. When I have visitors I don’t bring them out there. Please fix this, so I can be proud of our parks again.
