In Perry County a man is facing assault charges after allegedly firing a weapon near lineman working near his home.

Robert West has been arrested and charged with eight counts of Aggravated Assault after authorities say he fired his weapon after a heated encounter with the crew, WOPC radio reported.

No one was injured during the incident, WOPC radio reported.
