• Jeremy Alan Martyne, 38, Fairview Road, Madisonville, burglary, reset for 2/17.

• Marko Russ, theft over $1,000, 2 years at 30 percent, make restitution; conspiracy to theft over $1,000, dismissed.

• Nicholas Alan Boggess, 24, Lands Road, Madisonville, aggravated assault, 6 years at 100 percent suspended after 6 months; cruelty to animals, 11/29 at 50 percent.
