‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ opens Nov. 14 at MAC

Millennium Repertory Company will present the beloved Andrew Lloyd Webber/Tim Rice musical “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,” at the Manchester Arts Center beginning Nov. 14 for a Bible story that turns into a kaleidoscope of catchy tunes, wild characters, and dazzling dance! With songs ranging from rock to doo-wop, country to calypso, it’s a moving, hilarious, and colorful journey for the whole family.
Director Karen Wainright’s cast features Greg Ray as Joseph, with narrators Anna Brockman, Laurie Burger, Haley Ray, and Karen Wainright.
Joseph’s eleven brothers are Todd Green, Jonathon Duke, Ethan Duke, Ryan Clanton, Todd Nichols, Ryan White, Stuart McLaren, Hunter Hill, Tucker Hill, Gavin Hamill, and Dylan Bruscato. Joel Longstreth plays their father Jacob.
The women’s ensemble includes AnnaLee Crosslin, Haylee Eaton, Katy Majors, Sara Beth Tucker, Sarah Duke, Khadejia Hupp, Charity Troyer, Colleen Wainright, and Julie Wilcox. The youth choir features Aeryn Bagley, Auria Brandon, Romy Haley, Tabitha Hansen, Taveon Hillsman, Landon NeeSmith, and Rebecca Tinsley.
Music director is Jonathon Duke, and choreographers are Katy Majors and Julie Wilcox.
“Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” runs Nov. 14 – 16 and 21 – 23, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m.
Tickets are $17 for adults, $15 for seniors and military, and $10 for students, and are available at millenniumrep.org or by calling 931.570.4489. The Arts Center is located just off Manchester’s historic square at 128 E. Main St.
