Abuzz over 7-Brew: new coffee shop to open this summer

Manchester’s 7-Brew Drive Thru Coffee shop is set for a soft opening in June on Hillsboro Highway as the third site in Middle Tennessee.
7-Brew Vice President Gina Clemente said the restaurant brings more than coffee to the table.
“We have a lot more offerings than just coffee,” Clemente said. “We offer energy, fizzes, lemonades and teas – chillers, and just about anything that you want to drink we can make that.’
Clemente said the site joins locations in Shelbyville and Murfreesboro.
7-Brew is more than a drive through coffee shop. Customer experience sets them apart from the competition.
“I believe it’s the experience that sets us apart in the coffee shop market,” Clemente said. “We are face to face the entire process. You never talk to a machine. You never talk to somebody through a glass window. There is always somebody standing right next to your vehicle taking you your order and handing you your beverage.”
“Have it your way” may be a Burger King trademarked phrase, but it can also be found in 7-Brew’s business model.
“If you want a drink with oat milk, we got it for you. If you want a drink half as sweet as we normally make it, we’ve got it for you. If you want it 3/4’s as sweet, we can do that too.
Clemente said that 7-Brew has 14 varieties of no sugar flavorings versus the one or two found at most coffee shops.
“We really allow our guest to make their beverage the way they want it made. I think that draws a lot of differentiation,” she said.
7-Brew is in the process of hiring 75 crew members for the opening. Interviews started last week. Those interested in applying can go to 7-Brew’s website and follow links to Join the Brew Crew.
7-Brew Manchester will open first with a soft opening to invite the community to get familiar with the brand. Then a grand opening will follow the next week with free drink incentives.
“The big day, Swag Day… a daylong event on a Saturday, tentatively July 12, … will be you buy a large drink and get a free T-shirt. These T-shirts are soft, comfortable and 7-Brew branded.”
The tentative opening for 7-Brew Manchester is planned for June 30. Clemente urges the public to opt in for updates for Manchester 7-Brew dates via a QR code that will be displayed on a billboard at the location.
