Congratulations to Cindy Fletcher, our 2025 Jefferson’s Manchester Teacher of the Year!

 Mrs. Fletcher teaches Kindergarten at North Coffee Elementary School. We can’t think of a better way to tell you what makes her an incredible teacher than by sharing directly from her students:

 “Mrs. Fletcher goes above and beyond for her students. She truly makes the learning experience fun and enjoyable. Mrs. Fletcher has a song for everything, but her songs are different then everyone else’s–they’re funny and always have a twist to them. My child is showing tons of progress, and we are forever grateful for Mrs. Fletcher.”

 “She goes above and beyond for any child in her presence. She sees and hears what nonverbal children can’t say, and she advocates for every child in that building. She loves big, and she makes things FUN! There’s no one more deserving than her!”

 Mrs. Fletcher will receive a $500 gift card to Jefferson’s, as well as a commemorative plaque featuring her as our “Jefferson’s Manchester Teacher of the Year” for all restaurant patrons to see.

 We received an overwhelming number of nominations for this award, and we truly wish we could recognize them all. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who nominated a teacher this year, as well as those teachers who’ve dedicated themselves to their students.
