Joyce Ann (Tucker) Randolph, age 83, of Hillsboro, went to be with her heavenly father Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025.  She was born on February 17, 1941 in Winchester, TN to the late Johnnie and Lottie (Osborn) Tucker. Joyce enjoyed bird watching and working in the garden and yard. She is survived by her sister, Betty Wimberley of Frost Proof, Fla.; and several grandchildren. The family would like to send a special thank you to Lauren Tobitt and all the staff of Manchester Rehab Center for all of their kindness and special care. A graveside service was held at 10 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 23 at New Brick Church Cemetery in Estill Springs.
