Brenda Vaughn Stacy, age 81, of Manchester, passed away on Monday, Dec.  16, 2024, under the care of Alive Hospice of Murfreesboro. She was born on Oct. 22, 1943, to parents Robert Vaughn and Ellen Brown Vaughn in Manchester. Brenda is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Robert “Bob” Kenneth Stacy, parents, Robert and Ellen Vaughn, and her sister, Sandra Sellars. She is survived by her sons, Kenneth Mark (Jane) Stacy of Manchester, and Robert Michael Stacy of Franklin, Tenn.; grandchildren, Jacob and Courtney; great grandchildren, Kadence and Colson; nieces, Terri Leonard and Amy Sellars, as well as several other nieces and nephews. Brenda was known in the community for over 47 years of volunteer work she did at the Murfreesboro Hospitals. She enjoyed being outdoors and spending time with her family. Visitation was held at Manchester Funeral Home on Thursday, Dec. 19, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., with funeral services beginning at 11 a.m. Burial followed at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Tullahoma.
