The Westwood Lady Rockets picked up their fourth straight win with a two set sweep of Community on Wednesday evening.

Westwood won the first set 25-21, then completed the sweep with a 25-17 win in the second set.

Adalyn Wild led the way in aces for the Lady Rockets with three while Amelia Johnson picked up two aces and Kenzi Benedict had one ace.

Wild also had two kills along with Ansley Walker and Johnson had one kill for Westwood.

The Westwood JV team wouldn’t be quite as fortunate, losing both sets with a 25-8 loss in the first set and a 25-11 loss in the second set.

The Lady Rockets are now 4-1 on the season with a 3-1 record against conference teams and they will play host to Lewisburg in their next game on Monday, Aug. 26 with JV action starting at 4:30 p.m.
