As with many communities that have the lakes, you always get an influx of geese throughout the season. With that said because of a broken wing, one goose was rejected by the flock. Prior to that happening, I had purchased plastic swans to deter the geese, but because of the broken wing, the goose was unable to fly away. Instead, that goose made friends with the plastic swan and spends all it days  right next to it. Recently several geese flew in to the community while the single goose with the broken wing was eating. Within seconds the goose one in the water and butted himself right next to the swan.Array
