The Manchester Tourism Commission recently commissioned a video promoting Recreation Department ballfields to organizations that have ball tournaments.

“Manchester Chamber works with the Tourism and Community Development Commission to be their boots on the ground,” Chamber Director Katy Riddle said. “The committee has ideas to be practitioners to make it happen.”

The video in addition to showing features of ballfields at Deadman Park, featured promos of local businesses that included Good Karma Café, Jiffy Burger, J&G Restaurant, Owens, Reese’s Genes, the Cracked Pot and the Mercantile Café.

The video will be posted on the Manchester Chamber website, the city and Rec. Center’s website and the Visit Manchester websites.

The project was funded through a state marketing grant.
