On Tuesday, the Red Raider Wrestling team boys fell just shy of victory at Rockvale, while the girls picked up a dual win.

For the Red Raiders, Zachary Warrick, Ian Walker, Carlos Valle-Martinez, Jacob Barlow and Emanuel Rodriguez picked up wins by a fall, Sean Sanders won by a technical fall and Kaleb Dodson won by an ultimate tie breaker.

However, Tommy Miller, Giddian Mascari, Clayton Centeno and Eli McLean lost their matches by a fall, Austin Green lost by a decision and Blayne Myers lost on a disqualification.

Rockvale would also pick up a win by a forfeit in their dual victory over the Red Raiders, 39-38.

For the Red Raider girls, Jasmine Norris, Payton Robertson, Jianna Bare and Ellysia Jennings all picked up wins by a fall to beat the Rockets 24-0.

The Red Raider Wrestling Team will back in action at Warren County on Wednesday, Jan. 24.
